This is a 30-minute, post-natal, mat Pilates class designed for new moms andyour little one. Make time for yourself and regain your strength while having funwith your infant. Bring a carrier, car seat, dock-a-tot or blanket for your little one,we’ll provide the yoga mats for you. (No other equipment required, Bala Bangles/Wrist/Ankle weights are encouraged if you have them). Recommended for babies6 weeks to crawling age. Open to all level of fitness, but please ensure you havebeen cleared by your physician to resume exercise.
