Many Camp Shalom staff members return for multiple seasons. Our hiring process examines education, professional training, and prior experience working with children.

Camp staff participate in comprehensive training that prepares them for the summer, including first aid and safety training, as well as special programming and skills workshops. Additional details will be shared during the interview process.
