The JCC: A Super Place for Seniors

At the JCC, we honor our seniors with a multitude of services and programs for the frail as well as the fit. Our goal is to enhance our seniors’ quality of life by providing a comforting social setting, spiritual and educational enrichment, mental stimulation, entertainment, games, and even transportation to many of our programs and events.

For those who are more fit, we have something for you!  We’re always hopping on a bus and going somewhere together. Our trips include a Jewish component, such as a visit to a synagogue while touring Key West. And monthly get-togethers at the J feature brunch and entertainment or guest speakers.

  The Lore and Eric F. Ross JCC in Boynton Beach is brimming with programs and activities for seniors as well. We offer senior dances, lectures and discussion groups. And let’s not forget Silver Sneakers, a leading exercise program designed exclusively for seniors.
