Aside from Group Fitness Classes, we also run Specialty Wellness Classes. They are run in sessions to allow participants to more deeply benefit from a focused curriculum. Classes are designed for all fitness levels and are taught in a progressive style to take participants to a higher level of overall wellness. Prices vary. TRX® Suspension Training

A 30 minute TRX class to accommodate busy schedules.
This class fuses TRX training with cardio exercises, Pilates and yoga postures for a full body experience that will sculpt, stretch, and strengthen your body. Great for all ages and fitness levels!
Spin classes provide an intense cardio workout to participants of all fitness levels. Our certified instructors will lead you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn. This class can be modified for all fitness levels and is a great low impact option for all.
Get a full body workout in this high energy class featuring cardio on spin bikes and upper body toning with dumbbells.
Maximize your workout with 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of flexibility training for a fun and effective class.
Join us for this High Intensity Interval Training class designed to melt away body fat, increase metabolism, and maximize cardio fitness. Also taught as a 30 minute express class to accommodate busy schedules.
Bring your stroller and bond with your baby, while getting back in shape. This class combines cardio and resistance exercises for moms with stimulating activities for babies.
Zumba fitness is a Latin inspired dance fitness program. The class introduces international music and easy to follow dance steps to individuals of all fitness levels. Come join the party!
Zumba Gold takes the popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for seniors, beginners or others needing modifications in their exercise routine.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This class links postures together in a dynamic rhythm with the flow of the breath. The class flows at a moderate pace and provides modifications for all levels. Finish each class with deep relaxation and meditation.
Lunch Break Yoga
Take a break from your desk and return with a new outlook. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, balanced and ready to face the afternoon with a smile.
Restorative yoga provides healing for the body and the mind. Perfect for eliminating fatigue and stress that result from your daily activities. It can also help with recovery from illness and injury or overcoming emotional blockages. Practice of restorative yoga will make your body less vulnerable to stress-related illnesses and help you achieve optimal health.
Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, chairs and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.
Tai Chi/Qi Gong
Originating in China, Tai Chai is a mind body practice in complementary and alternative medicine. Tai Chai is sometimes referred to as “moving meditation”. Practitioners move their bodies slowly and gently with awareness while breathing deeply.
A functional stretching class to increase flexibility, reduce pain and conditions associated with tight muscles while improving overall physical function. Also taught in a 30 minute express format.
Dance Aerobics & Toning
Dance style aerobics fitness class. Easy to follow routines to fun "oldies" or show tunes music. This class is suitable for active seniors or anyone interested in an enjoyable low-impact cardio-fitness class. Class may include balance exercises and the use of strength tools such as dumbbells or resistance bands.
Full Blast/Full Blast Xpress
A full body workout class that blasts fat and increases muscle tone. Get your cardio and strength training all in one with this fun and effective class. Also taught as a 30 minute express class to accommodate busy schedules.
Fast Track 2 Fitness
Get on the fast track to reaching your fitness goals with this circuit training class. The instructor will lead students through functional circuits which will include cardio exercises, weights, Kettlebells, resistance bands, and TRX. A great class to jump start your fitness! Perfect for beginners.
An exciting alternative to land-based exercise, aqua fitness provides a low to no impact exercise class. Jump in and enjoy the fun! Appropriate for all ages.
