AquaFit – Get a whole body workout with half the impact on your joints. A fun workout in our shallow water pool that will strengthen the cardiovascular system while toning your major muscle groups. Water barbells, noodles are used to increase resistance and intensity. (B,I,A)

Barre Above™ – Barre Above™ is an eclectic and progressive method of barre training for all bodies. Barre Above™ is based on functional movements in all three planes of motion to create strength, flexibility, and balance in the body and guaranteeing a fun, effective, and efficient workout for all fitness levels. BYOB Bootcamp – B.ring Y.our O.wn B.ody and get in shape bootcamp style! This high intensity workout will target the major muscle groups to increase strength, flexibility and cardiovascular stamina. (B,I,A)

CardioFit – Get up and go with an aerobic class that’s safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow low-impact movement and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle. (B,I)

H.I.I.T. – Join us for a High Intensity Interval Training class where short, high intensity intervals are alternated with longer, slower intervals to recover. Designed to melt away body fat, increase metabolism, and maximize cardio fitness. (B,I,A)

JFit Kidz Workout – This fun, upbeat class is an opportunity for your child to increase their physical activity in a fun setting! Under the guidance of a certified fitness instructor, they will learn to safely use body resistance and popular exercise equipment to the beat of their favorite songs! Designed for children ages 7 – 13.

Jillian Michael’s BodyShred™ - Jillian Michael’s BodyShred™ is a high intensity and endurance based 30-minute workout. Utilizing Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval approach, complete intervals of 3-minutes of strength, 2-minutes of cardio, and 1-minute of abs. You will shed fat, define muscles and enhance your overall health and athletic performance. (I,A)

Move & Groove – Easy to follow aerobic routines to fun “oldies” or show tunes, suitable for active seniors or anyone interested in an enjoyable low-impact cardio class. Class may include balance exercises and the use of strength tools such as dumbbells or resistance bands. (B,I)
National Parkinson’s Foundation (NPF) Surf & Turf – This hybrid land & water class is designed to improve posture, strength and balance. This class is specifically designed for individuals with Parkinson’s, but is also great for those with other movement disorders. Surf days are taught out in the pool and turf days are taught in the studio. (B)

Lower Body Circuit – Under the direction of our certified trainers, complete this circuit in the fitness center designed to strengthen the lower body. (B,I,A)

Mat Pilates – This mat class employs controlled breathing during body weight resisted movements designed to build core strength. (B,I,A)

Power Pump Strength – This weight training class will give you a full body strength workout using both body weight and equipment (free weights, barbells, bands, medicine balls, kettle bells and/or bosus). (I,A)

Silver Sneakers Circuit – Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with this circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises. (B,I)

SilverSneakers Classic – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. (B,I)

SilverSneakers Yoga – Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. (B,I)

Spin Fusion – An intense, low-impact cardio workout that can be modified for participants of all fitness levels. Instructors will lead you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn. (B,I,A)

Stretch & Tone – The name says it all; tone up and stretch out in this hybrid class! Using a combination of equipment and body resistance exercises, this class is designed to build strength while also incorporating gentle stretches to improve flexibility and range of motion. (B,I,A)
Tabata Bootcamp – This form of high intensity interval training is designed to boost post exercise caloric burn, so your metabolism keeps burning more calories long after the exercise is over. (B,I,A)

Teen Power Hour – This teens-only fitness program is designed to teach knowledges and skills to safely exercise in our fitness center. Teens can explore weight lifting, circuit, strength and cardio training under the guidance and direction of our certified trainers. (ages 13 – 17).

TGIF Yoga – This class blends stretching and restorative poses to achieve relaxation and improved flexibility; the perfect way to end the week! (B,I)

Total Body Circuit – Get a challenging workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and work your muscles. Stations may include body weight exercises, weights, bars, stability balls, , etc. (B,I,A)

Upper Body Circuit – Under the direction of our certified trainers, complete this circuit in the fitness center designed to strengthen the upper body. (B,I,A)

Zumba Gold® – Zumba® is a Latin inspired dance Fitness program. Zumba Gold® is perfect for active seniors or anyone looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves, at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. TRX® Suspension Training 
A revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise using TRX® straps. Perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. Try it and you’ll be hooked! (B,I,A) TRX
