AquaFit – Get a whole body workout with half the impact on your joints. A fun workout in our shallow water pool that will strengthen the cardiovascular system while toning your major muscle groups. Water barbells, noodles are used to increase resistance and intensity. (B,I,A)

Barre Above™ – Barre Above™ is an eclectic and progressive method of barre training for all bodies. Barre Above™ is based on functional movements in all three planes of motion to create strength, flexibility, and balance in the body and
guaranteeing a fun, effective, and efficient workout for all fitness levels. (B,I,A)

Beach Body 360 – get that toned, fit body you’ve always wanted with Beach Body 360. This is a workout that encompasses everything you need to have a tight toned body from head to toe. Cardio, weights, and sculpting, put together in one fun, fast paced work out. This is one you don’t want to miss! (I,A)

Body Flex – Get a head to toe workout in this class with pure muscle sculpting intervals. A no impact aerobic class to only focus on muscle sculpting. (B,I,A)

Bootcamp – This high intensity workout will target the major muscle groups to increase strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular stamina. (B,I,A)

CardioFit – Get up and go with an aerobic class that’s safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow low-impact movement and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle. (B,I)

Circuits – Enjoy a fast pace muscle burning and building for upper body, lower body and core. (B,I,A)

Cycle Circuit – Enjoy this high energy spin class combined with weights and stretching for a complete work out. (B,I,A)

Killer Core – Let’ face it - everyone wants great abs! Let us chisel your core! This is the class for you if you want to get rid of back fat, love handles and muffin tops! (I,A)

Mat Pilates– This mat class employs controlled breathing during body weight resisted movements designed to build core strength. (B,I,A)

Move & Groove – Easy to follow aerobic routines to fun “oldies” or show tunes, suitable for active seniors or anyone interested in an enjoyable low-impact cardio class. Class may include balance exercises and the use of strength tools such as dumbbells or resistance bands. (B,I)

National Parkinson’s Foundation (NPF) Surf & Turf – This hybrid land & water class is designed to improve posture, strength and balance. This class is specifically designed for individuals with Parkinson’s, but is also great for those with other movement disorders. Surf days are taught out in the pool and turf days are taught in the studio. (B)

Organic Flow Yoga – A yoga class for everyone and every level. You will be led through poses that best fit your needs and abilities. Stretch your body while relaxing your mind and energizing your spirit. (B,I,A) Power Pump Strength – This weight
training class will give you a full body strength workout using both body weight and equipment (free weights, barbells, bands, medicine balls, kettle bells and/or bosus). (I,A)

SilverSneakers Balance and Stability – Move through a complete series of exercises designed to improve your balance and give you confidence in your everyday activities. (B)

Silver Sneakers Circuit – Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with this circuit workout. Upperbody strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises. (B,I)

SilverSneakers Classic – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers balls are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. (B,I)

SilverSneakers Yoga – Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. (B,I)

Spin Fusion – An intense, low-impact cardio workout that can be modified for participants of all fitness levels. Instructors will lead you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn. (B,I,A)

Sweat n Tread – Want to try something different? This is where the rubber hits the road! This innovative class gives you the best of both of both worlds - cardio and strength. Part treadmill, part boot camp! (I,A)

Tabata Bootcamp – This form of high intensity interval training is designed to boost post exercise caloric burn, so your metabolism keeps burning more calories long after the exercise is over. (B,I,A)

TGIF Yoga – This class blends stretching and restorative poses to achieve relaxation and improved flexibility; the perfect way to end the week! (B,I)

Total Body Circuit – Get a challenging workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and work your muscles. Stations may include body weight exercises, weights, bars, stability balls,
etc. (B,I,A)

Total Body Conditioning – This class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength. Core, flexibility, and balance exercises are included for total body conditioning. (I,A)

Treadmill Blast – Get a cardio and core blast that will burn fat and tone your core. This high intensity interval work out is 30 minutes of sweat and fun. (I,A)

Triple Threat – Three dynamite formats packed into one intense class! If you are somebody that likes variety, then you will love the spontaneity of this class because it can change at any time! It will be a combination of strength, cardio, and core – but every week will
be a surprise! (I,A)

Upper Body Circuit – Under the direction of our certified trainers, complete this circuit in the fitness center designed to strengthen the upper body. (B,I,A)

Water Blast – A fun and exciting aqua class classes that incorporates intense cardio, water weights, noodles and core work. Get ready to have a blast! (B,I,A)

Yoga Flow – A restorative, yet challenging class designed to balance the mind and body. Formatted around those who attend. (B,I,A)

Zumba Gold® – Zumba® is a Latin inspired dance Fitness program. Zumba Gold® is perfect for active seniors or anyone looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves, at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. (B,I)

Zumba Toning® – Will strengthen your shoulders, back, arms and core while you get lost in amazingly fun dancefitness workouts. Easy-to-follow moveset to Latin and World rhythms will have you burning calories and seeing a more defined body. (B,I,A)
