One-on-One Personal Training

One–on–one private sessions are provided by certified personal trainers to help you meet your individual health and fitness goals and can include strength conditioning, cardiovascular, core and/or athletic performance enhancement workouts. Packages include single-session; three-session introductory; one month session packages; three month session packages and six-month session packages.

She focuses on creating personal exercise programs which meet the needs of each client. Lollie makes your workout challenging and rewarding. Her energy will make clients want to come back for more activity. Lollie’s training philosophy is to have clients take chare of their destiny, body, health, nutrition, and mind.

Maxine brings over 27 years of experience as a certified personal trainer. She has worked with the Mandel JCC, Boynton Beach for over 5 years and works with all client demographics. Her range of experience has provided numerous opportunities to work with body builders, apparently healthy, increased risk and diseased populations. Maxine competed in many fitness events and enjoys bringing her enthusiasm to each workout session. She creates trust, builds relationships and motivates each of her clients to achieve health and fitness success.

   Ainsley has 30+ years in the fitness, health and wellness field.  For many years, Ainsley taught group exercise classes as a second vocation to her banking career.  Ten years ago Ainsley left banking completely to focus on her passion of health and wellness.  Since that time Ainsley has been teacher, trainer, coordinator and Fitness Director at a variety of public and private clubs.  Ainsley has two mantras; a healthy body creates a healthy mind and to always have a safe, effective and fun workout!
