Balance and Stability (B,I,A)
While incorporating various pieces of equipment you will be challenged in your coordination and mental acuity. You will be led through a series of training activities which will help you maintain balance and improve strength and flexibility.
Boot Camp (B,I,A)
This class is a military inspired circuit workout done outdoors. It incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. You will move from station to station – each designed for a specific exercise. You will achieve your fitness goals because boot Camp works you head to toe!
Bokwa® participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine. Bokwa® steps are structured and based on the forms of letters and numbers. Simply feel the music and freely move with the beat. You will Have fun and burn major calories.
Cardio Blast (B,I,A)
Low impact, high-energy aerobics to get you in gear for total body workout.
Core & More (B,I,A)
An intense class that will work your core muscles and lower body. We will do exercises that strengthen your abs, lower back muscles and glutes. This class will help improve your posture and functional strength.
At the most fundamental level Enerobics® is an energy of pure love that resonates deeply with the heart center, opening and clearing your pathway to higher levels of personal fulfillment, joy, and purposeful living. It is a fun, supercharged cardio program that connects you to Universal Energy. That being said, Enerobics® is really what you make of it.
Gentle Hatha Yoga (B,I,A)
Specializes in helping individuals learn basics of yoga and meditation. The goal is to restore balance, inner peace and reduce stress.
Hatha Yoga (B,I,A)
This class focuses on yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation to achieve balance between mind and body. Improve flexibility and concentration as well as foster relaxation.
Hip Opening Yoga Stretch (B,I,A)
This class is designed to focus on your lower back, hips and hamstrings bringing freedom to your lower body. All levels welcome
Line Dancing (B,I,A)
Join other dancers and learn some fun Line Dances or just come for the great exercise. Our Line Dance classes are not just “Country Line Dances”. We just call it “Line Dancing” for a reason. We play Great Music of all the Genres. You never need a partner but you can bring all your friends and have a lot of fun and good exercise without knowing it.
Mat Pilates (I,A)
Class is based on principles and essential exercises of contemporary Pilates mat work. Floor exercises are designed to use the body' s core. Focus on proper alignment and movement patterns through the spine, pelvis and shoulders.
Open Yoga (B,I,A)
Beginning level yoga class. A great compliment to more active yoga and exercise. Open yoga can help increase range of motion.
Power Yoga (I,A)
Power yoga is a fast-paced, intense style of yoga. It focuses on powerful movements flowing from one pose to the next. This type of yoga is good for people who want to add flexibility, balance and concentration to a well rounded exercise routine.
Posture Class (B,I)
Combining the principles of Pilates and the golden rules of posture and flexibility. You gain not only the best body workout, but a total mind shift toward daily activities and body reconnection.
SilverSneakers® Classic (B,I,A)
Increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair for seated and or standing supports.
SilverSneakers® Circuit (I,A)
A more intense SilverSneakers workout, including standing non-impact choreography designed to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance with standing upper body strength work.
SilverSneakers® Yoga (B,I,A)
Move the whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Get Up & Go with an aerobics class for you – safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow low-impact movement, and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.
Spin incorporates the physiological and biomechanical techniques of sports pyschology to bring aerobic and anaerobic training to a whole new level. Bring a towel and water.
Fun, challenging and high energy step workout.
One of the Hottest trends out there! HIIt Training (High Intensity Interval training)- This class includes plyometrics, push-ups, suats, and a whole lot more! The sets are done in 8, and the timing is 20 seconds of intense exercise and 10 seconds rest. This workout is meant to increase your all day fat burning power!!!!
TRX® Suspension Training®*
The TRX® has been one of the most important tools of fitness in the last 5 years. It has changed our definition of strength training and what it entails. TRX® Suspension Training® harnesses your own body weight to create resistance as you train. That is all you need – the TRX® and your own body.
Water Aerobics (B,I,A)
Set to great music, the class is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength and flexibility.
Vinyasa Yoga (B,I,A)
This style allows for a lot of variety, but will almost certainly include Sun Salutations. Expect movement, not just stretching in this flowing yoga class. Vinyasa style has a smooth way that the poses run together and become like dance.
The willPower Method®
The willPower Method® Is a barefoot training that combines alignment-based movements from Pilates® and yoga with strong, athletic calisthenics and dance principals; yielding safe, efficient workouts for students of all levels. We are the full-body, barefoot conditioning program that athletes need, and the calorie-burning cardiovascular solution that mind-body practitioners have been searching for.
Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
Aerobic/fitness interval training with combination of fast and slow rhythms that strengthen and sculpt the body as well as maximize caloric output.
Zumba Gold (B)
Designed for the people who do not want to move as fast as a regular Zumba class, and less twisting at the knee, to protect joints.
